Terms and Conditions
Using this site
This website belongs to Life Insurance Frisco, serving clients in Frisco, TX and the surrounding area. By reading these pages, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
The site is informational. It has no accounts, no logins and no way to buy anything online. The only way to reach us is by phone at (469) 717-3900.
General information, not advice
Our pages on term life, whole life, universal life, final expense, mortgage protection and retirement income planning explain how these products generally work. They are written for a broad audience and cannot account for your health, finances, family or goals.
Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice, and reading the site does not create an agent and client relationship. That begins only when we speak with you directly about your situation.
Quotes, policies and insurers
Any figure or option we discuss by phone is an estimate until an insurance company completes its underwriting and issues a policy. The insurer decides whether to offer coverage and at what rate, and the written policy contract sets the actual terms, including benefits, exclusions and beneficiary rules.
No description on this site changes or adds to a policy. When the site and a policy disagree, the policy controls.
Accuracy and changes
We write our pages with care and review them from time to time, but products, rules and rates change. We cannot promise every page is complete or current on the day you read it. We may update the content, or these terms, without notice, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
Our content
The text, layout and images on this site belong to Life Insurance Frisco or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for your own personal use. Please do not copy it for commercial use or present it as your own.
Limits on responsibility
You use the site at your own risk. To the extent Texas law allows, Life Insurance Frisco is not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content, from short outages, or from decisions made without first talking with us about your own circumstances.
Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If something here is unclear, we would rather explain it in a conversation than leave you guessing. A short call to (469) 717-3900 gets your question answered by someone on our small team.
